Ordered a milk shake and asked for some ice on side cashier tried to charge me for tarter sauce .50 I said I didn’t order sauce just ice. Very nasty customer service French fries always cold

Its was ok. Busy location off 17. I never understood why the busy locations have 2 rows to take order when its only 1 window to pay and pickup. Of course order wasn't ready and we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes in a designated parking until it was brought out. I realize 10 minutes is not long, however when you go to fast food you expect to order and be out in a few minutes once your turn.

This place frustrates me. Poor quality control. The last 3 visits I’ve gotten a medium fry that was, at best, half filled. First two times I thought it was bad luck. But today was number 3 so I know now it’s the norm. See attached photo. Basically a small fry quantity in a medium fry container. Need to start checking the bag before driving off from now on.

Great location, excellent customer service, cleanliness & friendly staff. 👍👏🏻 This McDonald’s by far is the best with modern ambience, European restaurant feel complimentary with a touch of smile from onsite working staff members. Highly recommended for families, especially for kids to enjoy their best meal.
