Burger King? More like tiny prince or princess. Burger buns on my chesse burger was hard as hell. No cups for water. And sagging is allowed. What the hell!

Never coming back. Men's restroom had no soap. Front doors were dirty. Staff told me several times that they charge extra for any dipping sauce. I could only have one and all others I would be charged extra. I was there with my family so a total of 4. When I asked for ketchup was only given 3 at first. When I asked for more the manager made a face. No thanks. Too much competition to nickel and dime families. We will just go to a different location and ignore this one. Sad thing is....this place was empty and really needs business. Now I know why others avoid this place. The kids area was closed and has been closed for years. I feel sorry for all families that come here thinking all burger king's are the same. This one is just awful and I'm just really disappointed.

I keep asking them for glass of water, but want to sell me a bottle of water. U have brought in my own cup now. But will not give ice and water in my own cup whe using drive-thru. I also ask for sauce to pit on chicken and want to charge me.

This was the most sorriest sandwich I ever had from burger King. The young guys didn't have no customers I knew that was a red flag. They had enough time to make fresh chicken sandwiches yet instead they put our food in the microwave when we specifically asked for it to be cooked fresh this is just ridiculous. it was no crisp to the sandwiches. The fries were more fresh than the food. The lettuce was wilted, mayo done reverted to oil. A MESS. DON'T GO HERE. THEY LAZY THAN A B***
