I come for leagues and it’s gotten worse. They only do the same two games each week. Service is TERRIBLE. They never check on you never come to ask if you want more. Something is always wrong and they give you the 5$ discount you’re supposed to get for leagues.

As a platinum member its always a fun experience and im never dissatisfied with anything that we decide to play there. The food is okay but definitely could be better and the water tastes like it's from the tap so a water filter might do well. Otherwise the other drinks are great I'd just be careful with what you order and you should have a great time

We visited the Dallas Topgolf on an unusually cool day, and were thankful that their bays had heating, although it was still a chilly experience. We had fun, but were a bit disappointed that the equipment condition was not great, especially considering that Topgolf HQ is nearby - you'd think they would want this to be a premiere experience. The ball loader malfunctioned several times, and a few of our clubs were really beaten up or broken. The staff were friendly, and mostly very attentive even though it was not busy. I would definitely come back, maybe on a nicer day. Just be aware that it is a long drive from downtown Dallas, so you really need to want to go to that area to make the trip.

No, you don't have to have a long term membership plan. Of course they will enroll you to one time membership /registration for $5 for your access card. It's hourly and price depends what time of the day you book the booth. Refer the website for more recent updates. Sometimes they have 4 months unlimited access for $200.

We don't have pool tables at our Dallas Venue, but we do offer complementary Corn Hole Toss, Giant Checkers, Bear Pong and Life-size Connect Four. For an additional cost we also offer Mini Golf and Batting Cages.

Hey Tony, Our batting cages are are $2.50 per token or $12.50 for 6 tokens, or $35 for 15 tokens. Each token is worth 25 pitches!
Hey Bo, The cost to play varies on the time of day you come in. Its $25 an hour from open (9am) to noon, $35 an hour from noon to 5pm, and $45 an hour from 5pm to close. Those prices are per bay and you can have up to 6 players in a bay.
I personally haven't seen a band performing at Top Golf, but have seen DJ's performing at private parties in their party rooms.
You are more then welcome to bring in store-bought cupcakes or a cake to celebrate a birthday, all we ask is that it is in the store packaging and includes the ingredient list. We also have some great dessert options at the venue as well!
