We had THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! They were all very kind and helpful all of the puppies looked very happy, healthy and clean! The process was smooth and the financing was a huge benefit! We are so thankful to add little Charlie to our family! Thank you Puppy city!! He even came with a crate, dog bowls, food, treats, and drops he was also already chipped!

I have visited this place twice to see the puppies and each experience was the same. They wouldn’t let you hold more than two dogs per visit, which doesn’t make sense if they’re trying to get these puppies out of there as soon as possible. The “playpens” that they stay in are extremely small and some have up to 3 puppies in them… All of them seemed very eager to get out each time you walked by. Puppies need to be socialized, have ample room to play and I’m not seeing any of that at this location. Sure, you can take a puppy out for some time, but that is not nearly enough play time for them. There are plenty of adoption places within the area or from a reputable breeders. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM HERE!! Stores like this need to be shut down immediately.

DON NOT GET ANY PUPPIES FROM HERE!!!!! I got a dog a couple months ago and she should have been fully paid off by now, but I am being told that I still owe thousands of dollars on my dog. And I called and asked for the statement and I am being charged for a dresser with mirror and a nightstand!!!!! And have been told everytime I call to talk to someone that I will b getting a call back or just told to give them a sec and get out on hold and they hang up. They have terrible service and is just a scam

I have seen them but there inventory changes so i would call to see if they have them at the time you want to get one
wear your mask properly, don't touch the puppies until you're in the visiting cube thing, and use provided hand sanitizer when asked. that's it!
I did see terrier's but I wasn't looking for a puppy so I don't know if they had Scottish terrier's but I would definitely call and ask them.
They have a great website. Just click on puppies then available puppies. They are great about finding a special dog for you if they don't have one available.

We don’t have a sheltie. Also are dogs are nowhere near $9000. Maybe the New York store? Same name no relation. We are in Virginia. Also dog wheelchairs are most likely a special order so they may be fit to your dog. Looks like maybe your just stating false information!
They do sell them but you should call ahead and see what they have in the store first. They have different breeds at different times. We was in there the other day and they only had two breeds in the store.
