Terrible customer service!!!! I had to call about taxes and Cheryl was very unprofessional. She asked why I kept contacting her because she has already spoken to me twice today. I apologized to her as I explained I was trying to figure out where and who I needed to go to to pay my tax bill as they had not updated my correct address for two years. Please if you need help with anything at the Winchester city treasurer’s office DO NOT SPEAK WITH CHERYL!!!!
