I had been a long-time patient of The Neiman Family of services and Dr. Ball. It is delightful to experience over time, things have continued to be superior! While I do not want to ever visit a dermatologist's office again, when I need to visit again, I'll be coming back here. GREAT ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE! Highest recommendation!

Like the previous review...I had to reschedule my skin check appointment, that I had already waited almost 6 months for, because a tested positive COVID the day before. I was stunned when they told me that i wouldn't be able to be seen for over 14 months. I was more than willing to wait 3 or 4 months (dermatology seems to be one of those fields that can't keep appointment lead times reasonable) but waiting over a year left me feeling like I was being punished for testing positive. The woman on the phone made me feel as though I was lying. That kind of lead-time, to me, is a sign of poor management, an unchecked influx of new patients with no regard for accommodating the ones you already have, a loss of staff or all of the above. I have never had any complaints about the staff or PA's but I guess I will be one less client clogging up your schedule. Thankfully, I was able to get into another practice in my area in a much more reasonable 3 months. UPDATE: The office contacted me within 24 hours to state that they have added a provider and are making strides to overcome the issues I noted above. I had already booked with a new provider and felt I needed to follow through with that choice. I hope that the changes they have made bring them back to their former level of attentiveness. I wish them luck.

Some treatments we offer include sublative laser and DermaPen. Depending on the depth sometimes prescription therapies may work too. It's always best to be evaluated first by a provider for recommendations. Remember no treatments resolve these kinds of scars overnight.
