They are very good at getting you a spot at the moment. You might want to contact them to doublecheck but Cusyomer Service is great there!
During peak hours (evening and weekends) it's best to reserve a bay so you don't have to wait. We usually go before 4 or before noon on the weekends to avoid crowds
You can go on the website about 45 min in advance in reserve a bay and it is a blast there.
The couple times that I've been there haven't been the peak hours. I would call ahead, especially if you want to host an event there.
We were there about 3 weeks ago and we were told by the staff members that they were not currently doing reservations at that time. However, they did mention that reservations were going to be made available in the near future (didn't say when) but they made it sound like it would be a matter of a couple of weeks. If you do have to wait, then there is a great bar/restaurant area. After that just have fun! It truly is worth the wait! Hint: get in line with the concierge as soon as one of you all get a membership card at the front desk.
