The store is fine, Xfinity is horrible. After being a customer for more than 15 years, my husband died and I have to reduce my costs to WIFI only. BEFORE I received the new router, they shut off my WIFI. If I had another provider, I'd never have Xfinity. Horrible service.

The in store sales staff are great but don’t expect professional support after leaving the store. Also the computer assisted support is horrible. We came back to the store just to schedule a technician. Hopefully we will not get the same dilatory technician who seemingly didn’t want to put fourth any meaningful effort to address concerns.

I purchased a new phone through this store. The Xfinity agent activated it as a Bring-Your-Own-Device, which voided the warranty. Not worth the time and effort to purchase the device at this store, should've got it cheaper at another store.

How can I get somebody to come here and help me fix my my service back up I forgot my Xfinity ID and everything so I don't know if I got to reset it cuz I just got to do router
Yes just bring your old one and the cables power code .replacement remote also available with the old one for exchange no fee
