When I visit Philly, I always go to Mr. Wish to buy milk tea. I often buy at the store next to Hung Vuong market, and this is the first time I buy milk tea near Ben Thanh market. Milk tea is always delicious, rich in flavor, chewy, and soft. I just want to say that “Mr. Wish never lets me down.” Thank you so much😍
