Great buying experience! After shopping around and renting some other brands locally that weren’t a good fit we found Pedego and the perfect bikes for us. The staff provided informative & excellent service. The 5 Year Warranty backed by a friendly brick & mortar location was important to us but overall we were just impressed with the quality of the bike and the high end components. I have had my Pedego bike since 2017. Upon buying my bike, I researched and decided the Pedego was the best bike for me. I had to buy it south of Orlando, due to that was the closest shop selling these bikes. I was so excited to see a Pedego dealer in The Villages. I took my bike for yearly maintenance to Pedego at Trailwinds. I was very pleased with the work they did on my bike and keeping me informed if I needed anything new for my yearly maintenance. I would recommend Pedego bikes to anyone and particular the Pedego dealership here in The Villages.

Our experience at this store was extremely wonderful. Sharon and her brother Brad were very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the way an e-bike operates. They offered us a test drive and we fell in love with the Pedego that we purchased. After the purchase, we had some questions that we needed answered about the bike and they went out of their way to be sure that every one of them was answered.
