We hired Desantis AC Service to replace our AC unit. They did a great job and had the entire system (indoor and outdoor) replaced in one day. They replaced everything from the concrete pad to the boards the indoor unit sat on. The price was comparable to other companies we called, however, I feel like the quality service and product they provided were the best option.

Nate and Alex removed old HVAC/Heating system, and installed new HVAC/Heating system, and removed old thermostat and installed new, today, 15 June 2022. The two young gentlemen were very efficient, never stopped their work, very pleasant, cleaned up every bit of mess after. They did a wonderful job. System working great!! Recommend them highly. Nate, Zach, and Kyle worked tirelessly dismantling our old HVAC system and installing a new one. They took the time to patiently answer all the questions I asked. They made sure that I understood and was satisfied with their explanations. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Our new Trane system is working great. The fan stopped working on my unit on Easter Sunday. DeSantis was awesome. Called the 24 hour emergency line and they sent a tech out same day. Chad was great. Friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes problem the was solved and he checked to make sure there were no other issues. Thanks Chad!

Good afternoon Mr. Edmonds, The reason we always want to get unit model and serial number is to ensure we get factory spec'd replacement parts. Even though you presented us with a motor, we still want to cross reference with system spec's. Sometimes the motors are replaced with non-factory parts over the years. We want to ensure the right part is purchased for the right system. These are guidelines we work by to ensure proper parts are given to homeowners for their equipment. We are not a company that wants to give you a part close to what is needed, we want to give you the exact part that is needed. I am sure you understand the importance of getting the right component for what is needed to eliminate future problems. Sometimes it goes smoothly, sometimes it doesn't.
Yes, We sell parts. We will need the model and serial number of the appliance(s) you wish to get parts for. The part# is good to have also, once we pull up the equipment by Model and Serial numbers. We do not charge more for a service call on the weekends. Our service call for appliance repair is $69.00. Yes, we will charge it at the time if it needs refrigerant. The cost of the service call would be determined on the amount of refrigerant needed. Thank you for the questions!
