Great service, had an issue with my HVAC on a Sunday and within a couple hours Sun Kool arrived and diagnosed the problem. They didn't have the part on hand so couldn't repair Sunday, the following morning I received a call that they had the part and were ready to repair. Completely unexpected service that quick. Great job and keep up the great work. I strongly recommend this team.

I called because the starting and stopping if the outside AC compressor seemed to be rather noisy. The office operator was very courteous and she scheduled someone to come out right away to check out the unit. The gentleman, I believe his name was Dudley, arrived early the next morning and ran it through its paces and discovered that the staring amps were more than the specs called for, so he scheduled us for a replacement covered under their warranty. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to set my WiFi thermostat.

Austin just make out to repair my A/C unit that stopped working Saturday night. He was awesome at his job, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under 10 minutes. A/C is working great cooling the house off. Called this morning for an appointment at 8. Got a call from Dustin at 11 that he was on his way. It was an excellent experience. Thank you Dustin for your high standard of service.

James was an excellent resource for us from day one of coming out. Our 15 yr old unit was shot and he gave us a temporary portable air unit until the components arrived from manufacturer. Installation was smooth and the guys were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to do it right from the beginning. Now we have a 10-15 more years of cold air!!
