They are always understaffed. Most times you don’t get until30 minutes after your appointment time. Maybe if they put the nurse out front to work instead of asking Covid questions that would help.

I recently had a series of visits at this location, which is my PCP, to get things needed for a program I’m entering. Throughout the long process Dr. Saifullah, Kelly at the front desk, and a team of other people were extremely kind and continually went out of their way to make sure I had all of my things together. I am so grateful to everyone that helped!

The staff is amazing here. They have a great deal of patience to deal with all us crazy veterans of all ages. I've seen the front end staff deal with some crazy things and they do so very professionally. I feel for them sometimes. Dr. Santos is my general practice. She listens and makes sure to get me the care I need. Most of the time it's me dropping the ball and having to reschedule appts or referrals. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Had 2 recent visits and my female native American dr. (?) Has been unprofessional both times. Hard to understand and does not communicate at all. I needed prescription cream for an injury and she told me she'd have it mailed and would be a few days. After arguing with her , she wrote up prescription to pick up at publix. She should of done this to begin with as it was necessary due to pain. Both times she had to google what was wrong with me and was terrible at reading it to me. Im in process of switching Dr's.

VA is healthcare that it's not acceptable
Yes, but call for hours for walk-in appointment. I recommend making an appointment
Very clean. I have seen on many occasions a dedicated cleaning person wiping done areas with disinfectant.
They do not yet. You can get a mailer envelope from them and send your hearing aids out( paid postage and already addressed correctly). I've had to do this twice during this pandemic. I got them back within 2 weeks both times.
Yes from 830 to 1030 and 1300-1400
Appt. Needs to be scheduled, usually 730 to 430 are clinic hours.
They have an odd schedule because people from Bay Pines come up for appointments.
