It's a small place with nice people and rarely a huge wait. I had biked in one day when getting my plates and was really thirsty, and I asked for a glass of water, and they were happy to oblige. Unfortunately, I spilled the water but they were still very nice and understanding. Best DMV experience I've ever had.
