Kai was beyond helpful, answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. He was very quick and also friendly! Will for sure be going back and will be recommending for anyone else!

Horrible experience. Was told by salesperson that I would receive two free iPhone SE's for signing up but the billing credit would show up on the bill in 3 months. Turns out that I get a discount on the prices of the phones but still owe $800 which will be paid over multiple years. I can only surmise that the salesman received a commission for selling the phones which is why he duped me. Also, was told I would receive a gift card for each of the 4 phones I moved from Tmobile. Turns out I only got 4 "gift cards" which are actually credits in the Verizon store. Definitely a bad experience 1/6/21 Update: Owner asked to be contacted for more info which I did a month ago. No response from them so can only assume their post about being concerned about the matter is simply an attempt to make them seem like they care. They obviously do not care and I am still out $800. If you want Verizon service I would go to a 'real' Verizon store.

Janelle has been so helpful to everyone in my family. My phone was stolen and my daughter broke her phone in the same week. We are essential workers and need our phones during this pandemic. There was a glitch with the insurance and Janelle took extra care to make calls and follow up until She knew we had our new phones. I know it must be so stressful for her as I see her working alone every day to ensure we can all stay in touch with our loved ones and clients!

If you pay a 100% of the balance you can gift it to someone and they can process a device change on the existing number. Side note ensure the device is compatible with their current carrier, just to be safe.
