Response- This isn't the email I was referring to that was noted as rude. So now, he is trying to deceive customers with the wrong email. The old tech. didn't do more than one vaccuum per month like you are claiming, but he actually did his job and that is why I have been a loyal customer for years. What a way to blame a customer for screens, instead of taking responsibility. BTW, my top screens were punctured by the pool pole by your tech. So, ty for reminding me to tell everyone how you blame your customers instead taking ownership. Review- Been a loyal customer for years until they hired a tech that did not do his job and vacuum the pool as paid in the monthly service. They were going to send him over and again, this week, it still was not done. They, they proceeded to make excuses with very rude responses instead of just taking responsibility that the job wasn't done by their lazy pool tech kid. Do not hire. Not only do they not do the job, they are rude about it.

Bought our home in 2020, have been gradually updating the pool equipment. All Clear has been very helpful and informative during the process. Good afternoon, I just wanted to take a moment and thoroughly thank All Clear Pools for fixing our pool pump. You guys were a little busy and we had another company come in and take a look at it and I will never do that again. We were charged just for a visit and told it was unfixable and given an overinflated quote for a new pump and filter housing that more than doubled yours. Your quotes for replacement were very reasonable and appreciated but I can not thank you guys enough for just fixing the plumbing! The technician that always comes out is very professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend your company to anyone in need of service! Again, thank you so much.

I am very happy with my service from All Clear Pools! I have used two other companies since I bought my home in Palm Harbor 3 years ago and All Clear is far superior to my previous experiences! They are reliable, organized, professional and their prices are very fair. They even go above and beyond what we expect!
