Fit Body Palm Harbor Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at fit Body Palm Harbor VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great! I feel 10 years younger! Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at fit Body Palm Harbor VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Fit Body Palm Harbor trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. It is a clean . . Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended!

If you've ever entertained the idea of signing up for an indoor Fitness Boot Camp, don't look any farther than Fit Body Palm Harbor. It is a fine tuned fitness and weight loss program that makes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 30 min workouts WORK no matter what your fitness level is when you begin. I never thought I'd take the plunge and join a 16 Week Fitness/Weight Loss Challenge. I joined and after one month I've lost 6.5 lbs, feel stronger and have more energy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The Fit Body Coaches and owner, Josh are GREAT! They design diverse, challenging and fun workouts so you can feel and look your best. I highly suggest you check out Fit Body Palm Harbor. You'll definitely be glad you did.

I joined Fit Body as part of a challenge a little over a month ago. I am very glad I did. Not only is there a structure to their program, but it is broken down into manageable chunks. The half hour sessions are perfect for my schedule. The meal plan they offer is not perfect, but it is a great guide. All told, so far in a month, I have increased my ability to lift weights, have become more (still not very) flexible, and lost 10 pounds! I recommend you give it a try.

I joined FBBC Palm Harbor in February and am so happy I did. The 30 minute workouts are not easy, but the amazing coaches advise on how to complete them at YOUR level and push you for continued improvement. I am stronger every day and can feel the transformation in my body. In addition to exercise, the coaches provide nutrition tips, healthy meal recipes, and fun social events. I not only joined a fitness boot camp, I feel like I've joined a family.

Yes, attending orientation is mandatory. At orientation, you will meet our team and get everything you need to succeed. We are NOT a normal gym, nor do we provide a normal workout or experience. That starts with attending orientation.

For best results, we recommend coming 3-4x a week. Each session is only 30 minutes. The #1 reason people don’t work out is because they don’t have time. We have solved that problem with 30-minute workouts.

The great thing about Fit Body Boot Camp is we have certified trainers who can modify the workouts to all fitness levels. We have all ranges of fitness levels and all shapes and sizes. You don’t get in shape to do boot camp. You get in shape by doing boot camp.
