I would try to renew it through their website, if that doesn't work and you are planning on being out of state for even a few months I would transfer it to that state until you come back.

You have to go down to the DMV get the forms you need to switch title over and registration and he also need a blank check written out to the DMV just leave the amount blank and they're open 9 to 1 Monday through Friday

You can take a 5-hour course through a different Driving Academy like AAA Auto Academy they have that available but rensa County DMV does not issue 5-hour courses you have to take the class somewhere else

It helps to know your NYS Identification Number but you don't need a copy of your ID. In NYS your card is valid up to 2 years past it's expiration date before they force you to provide proof of identity to obtain a new one

According to the DMV website you can visit the office and use form MV-902 to request a duplicate title. You have to fill in Section 4 on the back under "deceased owner". Also according to their website ownership automatically transfers to the surviving spouse. Hope this helps!

No such thing as a transfer. They send the new owner a title. It's 50 bucks. But you must bring the old one and application for title with proper I d as well to obtain it.

NYS NDID's usually cost between $9 & $10 for a 4 to 5 year Non-Drivers Card. If you're looking for something to last longer than 8 to 10years would cost $13-14$.

I think your smartest bet would be to go to the DMV website and look up procedures & requirements and then download & print any corresponding DMV Forms you will need to fill out and turn in. If the website doesn't help or you're not tech savvy then I would just go the old fashion route and give your local DMV a call so you can ask someone that works there & may have the experience to resolve your issue, can answer any other questions you may think of, and/or give you a list of any other proof, documentations, or DMV forms that you will need to register your boat & trailer. Sorry I couldn't directly answer your question... I Atleast wanted to give you an idea or 2. Good Luck!

They are open Monday through Friday 9 am to 1 pm. You go up and wait in line outside. Tell them what you need and they will gather info that you need to register. Then you just simply show back up with everything you need including a blank check made out to dmv. It took me 2 days to register my bike this week. Good luck
