We buy all our appliances from here. We've shopped around extensively and theres no better appliance place of you're on a budget. Our whirlpool washer and dryer from here works like new and we've had it for 3 years already. We just bought our KitchenAid fridge from here and plan to come back for any future appliance needs. The people that work here are nice & friendly, plus they offer delivery!

BUYERS - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We purchased a dryer from this company 20 days ago. As soon as we got it home, it started making weird noises. Now, the dryer will not heat AT ALL. This is after very minor use. I called the store and they tried to blame a faulty breaker (they diagnosed this over the phone within 1 second of hearing my complaint). There is NOTHING wrong with the breaker. After I pushed back, he reluctantly advised me to bring it back in for repair. I advised him that we misplaced the receipt over the holidays but, I was aware that they kept a copy on file. After he heard about the receipt, he refused to accommodate any further. He claimed their receipts were sent off-site. He stated, even if they had the receipt, the owner’s policy is to deny customers in these cases. I asked who was the manager and if I could speak with them. He replied very angrily, “It’s none of your business who the manager is”. The conversation didn’t warrant a nasty response like that. I was very polite throughout this conversation with the understanding that we mistakenly misplaced the receipt. However, $200 and just 20 days later, we have a useless dryer. This is BAD BUSINESS. They could have at least offered to repair it for a discounted price (understanding that no receipt = no warranty). STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I should have used common sense when they asked me to pay cash simply because they took $25 off the dryer. CROOKS!

Don and Steve were great in helping us choose a good washer and dryer. They also generously explained how to diy repair a broken heating element on our glass top electric stove. What more, after our van broke down, they were kind enough to hold the washer and dryer for weeks until we were able to pick it up. Great experience overall!

Depends on who you are. They bought a washer and dryer from my friend but told me they only buy in bulk when I tried to sell my fridge. Whatever that means
No delivery is not free, the service fee is dependent on your location, it could be as much as $50.00 or less....
