Awful and poor store management. Staff has no idea how to resolve customer issues. Online and store location have no communication with each other and both blame the other. Well they gave me a reason to not buy their overpriced products so it's a blessing in disguise. Just go somewhere else and save yourself aggravation. Call the store and see the hours are even wrong than what the online store advertises for the location.

Great sale. I love their lotions. They're super smooth and hydrating. The soap scents last a long time after you've washed your hands. This store has a sink to try out products or wash them off.

Who doesn’t love Bath & Body Works!! This location has a large selection of scents and options. The mini hand sanitizers went up in price, now they are 5 for $8. The employees were friendly, helpful and maintained a clean environment.
