I love this bath &body works store. Definitely my favorite, lots of smiles and greetings when you enter the store. Everyone was so helpful, whenever I had a question they had answers. I walked out of the store so happy. Didn't find my pumpkin cupcake body spray, but I didn't leave empty handed either.

Overpriced. The owners sale 99% African American products but do not respect Black people. I was trying to buy something behind the counter and the man literally would not let go of the product so I could examine it. I did buy something because I needed it. But I will not go back. I will research other stores to patronize.

I had a pleasant experience at Bath & Body Works. I came in with a coupon for a free item, and was greeted at the door by staff member who handed me a basket and asked if I needed any help. I didn't need assistance and so I started browsing through the store. The store was well organized, and had a sink to wash my hands with the different soaps available which I thought was really cool. I ultimately found what I was looking for, which ended up being a aromatherapy shampoo, and I went to check out. The person who checked me out was very friendly. Any questions I had where answered and I'm looking forward to becoming a part of their rewards program in the New Year. Overall a good experience from staff to availability of product to cleanliness of store.
