As others have mentioned they don't answer the phone, the phone just times out after the maximum number of rings has been made, however to be honest I was able to get someone on the phone if I called early in the morning between 6am &7am

They don’t answer their phones EVER . Supervisors do nothing to resolve issues . It’s been days in days since I have been assigned a service request number and no one has yet to call, as my mail has never made it to its destination . Very unprofessional place.

The worst place to call waited for mins until it beeps and have to keep calling .. don’t trust this post office with your packages second time my package been missing . I live in a quiet neighborhood it’s definitely the workers stealing .

The worst post office in America!! Lazy and careless staff. I was told by a worker that even if he found my package he doesnt have to give it to me. He said that was what his supervisor told him. And when i asked to speak to the supervisor the employee told me NO. The worst post office in America 200% guaranteed!
