Extremely unprofessional pharmacy staff! I called and was placed on hold for more than 5 min, only to be told that she hoped I could figure whatever I needed out. I was only trying to verify if they had a medicine available for my son who has special needs. Apparently they were not understanding and didn’t ask neither.

After two weeks of a bad cold or flu symptoms and negative COVID tests and previously been vaccinated. the minute clinic person prescribed me Doxycycline which is an antibiotic for skincare. A week later I contracted COVID. If they had actually done the work and given the right steroid zpack I think things would be different but hey are incompetent

Been on hold with the pharmacy for 2 hours, 48 minutes. RIDICULOUS. Havent gotten a hold of any human being besides the annoying robot who is no help and just repeats itself. I just want to ask one simple question. On top of that i was waiting in the line inside, both pharmacists see me, both ignore me for a good 15 minutes. I leave to do my shopping, come back. same thing, ignored. I get it you’re filling prescriptions, but part of your job is ALSO TO HELP WHO IS TRYING TO PICK UP SAID PRESCRIPTIONS. I mean jesus are you hiring robots? I’ve spent my whole day trying to figure out my medication. The whole day. 12 hour process. This is awesome!

I'm not sure what's going on at this location. There have always been long wait times in the drive thru for obtaining prescription meds so today I decided to go inside to retrieve a prescription from the counter. I won't get into the nitty gritty details except to agree with others who have said it seems like employees are entitled and not exactly happy to help you. It's too bad that I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street because I usually love CVS and purchase items in the store and online. Also, the pharmacist here is really helpful, it's just too bad that most of the rest of the employees are not.
