This is the worst CVS you can ever go to If it had the option to leave zero stars I would do that but unfortunately they’re the only ones with my wife’s prescription I truly recommend going somewhere house avoid this place like the plague

Terrible customer service. Eye rolls. Slow service. Refused to sell ibuprofen through the drive thru as advertised with a snide remark about being understaffed. I doubt this person (I think her name was Diane or Debra or something with a D) had a good day but that's no reason to lash out at customers. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere since ya'll are understaffed and overwhelmed. That should free up one customer's worth of time for you.

When I say I avoid CVS at all cost; I myself personally started paying higher Rx CoPay to use the out-of-network Pharmacy across the street to avoid the exceptionally long waits, lack of & rude communication, lost scripts, unrequested auto fills, and the last straw... coming home & having to return with someone else’s very expensive meds, no thank you, no apology... just a quick cover-your-arse & scramble to keep it quiet. The only thing consistent is the rude customer service from the pharmacy techs. This has been going on for YEARS and there has been zero change in service. They don’t care about your health and it shows. Years! It’s crazy. They don’t want your business & knowing that in-network patients don’t have any another Convenient choices or they’ll pay more.
