My 14 year old went in for haircut, my husband told "Marta" he doesn't want it short, just trim off around ears, she gave him a buzz cut! Entire head! This place is horrible! If you go, stay away from Marta if you like your hair!

Not recommended! I’m not 100% these folks even have a license. First, the guard came off and the side of my head was shaved clean. I’ve been getting my hair cut for well over 40 years and the technique used was not something I’ve ever experienced. I’m now on my way to another salon to get this fixed. When my head got shaved, the lady repeatedly said “don’t worry about it”. Not “I’m sorry”. Never once did she apologize. This place looks like it’s just not managed. Most workstations are vacant. The person cutting my hair had a shaver, a pair of scissors, a blow dryer, and from what I could tell - one comb. That’s it! Usually there is a jar of combs in disinfectant. I’m sure the same comb is used all day.

Do not go to this location. I was basically asked how to cut hair as they didn’t understand to fade my sides to the top (basic military cut). Left with with a classic bowl cut. Top was cut uneven, with longer hair sporadically through out. Didn’t even ask if I liked it when done, just removed the apron and walked to the register. I was stunned that she thought she was finished.

Message to the franchisee owner of this location. I walked in a couple minutes before 6pm to get two haircuts (me and my son). As I walked in, the hair dresser shooed me away and said we're closed. That's two paying haircuts ($40-50). Glad to know they must be doing so well that they don't need the business. Thought you'd want to know how we were treated and that your employees turn business away. On a side note, the hours on your door say 10-9pm M-F. Disappointed with this location, and the customer service.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
