Old Asian lady cut my hair, but practically ignored what I asked her to do. I requested a specific style, but she just cut it how she wanted. Now I have shorter hair than what I wanted and a basic looking haircut.

Terrible experience here. Woman that was trying to cut hair did not comprehend what was wanted. Guy that was cutting hair was sweating and his hands were shaking. There is a reason why this GC does not often have a wait.

This place is the worst Barber Shop I have ever been to. Not only was there an hour long wait to get my haircut, but there were only 5 seats in the store to wait in. Now lets move on to by far the worst part of the shop, the workers. One of the workers seemed nice and competent enough, but the other worker in the store seemed like she had been cutting hair for 2 weeks. I went with a relative and we checked in together, and after an hour long wait, he got his haircut. This women took 5 minutes to cut his hair that went all the way down to his shoulders, and she simply did not do some of the things he requested. She didn't seem interested in doing her job and just wanted to go home, on top of the fact she was completely incompetent. I also got my haircut from her and requested 1 inch off everything. She took 2 1/2 inches off of the front, and didn't even take half an inch off the sides. On top of the fact she left patches of hair longer then others. 0/10 haircut I will never go to another great clips for the rest of my life if they hire people like that. It says a lot about their beliefs, that they don't care if you get a good haircut or not.

I have completely straight hair. I wanted a simple 2 inch cut literally nothing else just a straight line off. I left after my haircut and got home to realize it was completely uneven. I went back today (2 days later) to get it fixed. I got home just to find that it is STILL uneven just slightly less. Never going here again.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
