My friends car was taken by this company from a parking lot near old settlers days and when my friend and I approached the driver while he was still attempting to load up her car and asked for the vehicle to be let go the driver refused and said we had to go to the towing office to pay for it. They also overcharged an obscene amount for the tow and fees. Will definitely be giving the city a call about this.
