Both associates that worked at the time were extremely helpful to get me the best deals available for me. I am a nurse so I am eligible for First Net which is a amazing deal for us First responders. Great experience with Aldin. Super awesome service, very knowledgable and patient with our questions, he really took care of us- he took the time to go over different service options and phones. We joked that we wished we could buy a car from Aldin, it was that good!! If only every shopping experience could be this great!!!

It would be normally done over the phone thru customer service. You could dial 611 from your phone and that will connect you to customer service dept.
I think they do. I know they set me up with a screen protector with lifetime warranty. I already replaced one thru warranty and it was such a easy proccess.
Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Berlin location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
I would first start with power cycling the phone. If that doesn't work try network reset. If you do not know how to do that or both options do not work, I would suggest going down to the store today. We open at 11-6 and would be happy to assist.
