So far they have awful wait times to talk to ANY ONE. I just need my member ID to make a payment but they haven’t sent an invoice because I haven’t paid.. it’s just a vicious cycle.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any kind in my life. They tried to deny my prescription for chantix. They lied a few times stating different reasons it wasn't covered. I had to create my account and find where it said it's covered. During the call I got connected to someone that didn't know they were on the phone. They were farting until I yelled into the phone. They quickly connected to me someone else. Now they won't pay for preventative blood work that was done at my yearly wellness exam.

I have paid for insurance for 20+ years as a small business owner. I had back surgery and opted not to do rehab. I live alone and had friends helping me out. They would not cover my pain meds my doctor prescribed because they said he order too many at one time. How sad they treat their insureds so poorly. If I could they would get zero stars.

Customer service very friendly but incorrect information. I have literally spent hours on the phone with them. Things that have been covered for years suddenly are not but I’ve not been sent a denial letter after months of appts. I only know because my provider told me he is not getting paid. I now have a $1,700 bill. Claims are being deleted and info not showing up on my portal. When I asked for copies of denials, I was told not possible to send to me......now really! The saving grace in all this is that I received a general letter last week stating that many are having this problem and they are reconsidering. It’s been extremely stressful.
