When I arrived at the store I was greeted by one of the store employees and told them I want to purchase an iPhone SE. They told me to wait over on the right hand side of the store and someone would be with me within 5-15 minutes. In the course of 30 minutes I watched multiple store employees standing around and chatting with each other, not busy with other customers. Once it hit the 30 minute mark it was clear that nobody was going to help me so I left the store. Apple is supposed to be known for there customer service but I've had better customer service in a Home Depot. Will never purchase a product from this Apple Store and advise everybody steer clear of this location

I went into Talbot's, had another great shopping experience! The clerks are so accommodating and friendly. Just a pleasure shopping there!

Usually they are busy in the morning but if you would like to make and appointment by calling them I am not sure what time will they give you. I would just walk in.
I been charging my Iphone 6 to 100% but when i take it of the chager the battery drain fast what should i do

My wife’s iPhone 8 will not synch to iTunes on our desktop. I had no problem doing this with my phone. Has anyone else had the same problem and if so, were you able to find a solution? Thank you.
