Lousy Customer Service in the be South Windsor store? I found out that the store closes at 5, I was told they were opened till 7 Thurs. What good is that to those people who work till 5. Well One or two days more for me to return this phone which was just bought and it is broken. These phones are Not Cheap☹️. Find another place to shop,😡

Representative that helped me get my phone set up was great I was there for 2 hours but she helped me switch my phone service over and get all my numbers and pictures poured it over. She was wonderful!

Super disappointed in our experience here today. Went in to upgrade my daughter’s phone. The fees are ridiculous. Why am I paying a fee to upgrade? I’m paying for the new phone. Isn’t that enough? I realize that isn’t really a store issue but a Verizon issue. But then I ask the salesperson if she will assist with setting up the new phone and she says no. She says we have to make an appointment for that TOMORROW. She didn’t check for availability today or anything. She just automatically tella us it has to be tomorrow? Where does it say that we need an appointment anywhere??? I specifically came into the store (as opposed to just buying online) to get assistance. It literally says this nowhere. We just went to a different store less than a year ago to get my husband a new phone and they were extremely helpful and set everything up for him. We should have returned to that store but we were in this area. This salesperson here says that is their “new policy”. I suggested that it be posted or communicated better to customers that they can essentially expect zero assistance with setting up their new devices and she tells me I am the only person who has ever complained about it. I’m doubting that pretty strongly and, even if it were true, customer service 101 would have taught her that you don’t say that to customers. So she tells us that they have to make appointments to assist with setting up new devices because it is very complicated and takes hours. But we can go home and do it ourselves because it is very quick and easy! How does that make any sense? So here we are at home trying to do this ourselves and guess what? It’s not working. So now we get to waste more time trying to figure this out ourselves or trying to find a Verizon store to actually help us. Giant waste of time going to this store. Rude salesperson and very frustrating and disappointing experience.

So for anyone else who wanted to know the answer to my question, I wanted to share what I was told by one of the employees when I ended up visiting the store: they said no, the store does not have it's own phone number. When I asked why that was, they told me it was so they could focus all their attention on the customers in the store and provide them with the service they deserve
When I went to the Verizon store on Deming Street in Manchester, not all employees were wearing masks so I don't think their company requires their staff to wear them, but only recommends that they wear masks which is a shame for those of us with compromised immune systems
