I was introduced to CT Valley Brewing Company at the Big E. I tried their Pickle Ale and it was amazing. I loved it so much I had to stop by and pick up some cans for the trip back to Florida. I showed up around 8 pm and they had already closed the register I was devastated, a gentlemen from the back saw that I was upset and gave me a couple racks for the road! Such a kind gesture and now i’m a fan for life. Thank you CT Valley Brewing Company!

Great place to grab a drink and food, then hang out. Interesting aviation décor and a nice atmosphere with sizable indoor and outdoor seating. (Outdoor seating is dog friendly!) Beer selection is pretty good, as they seem to rotate what's on tap, while still offering a wide variety of cans outside of that. Food is available onsite through Birdhouse Coffee, which is in the same building. They have a range of options, from lighter café snacks to full meals, so you can order to fit your hunger level and cravings. They also host events in the main indoor seating area, with trivia nights most weeks, which are very fun!

Fantastic place with an extremely cordial staff, this was my second visit and I brought two friends with me. We were greeted by a staff member named Ian who I believe is one of the management staff or if not should be. He took a few minutes to answer questions and share his expertise about what your business is all about and what makes you special in the brewing and service industry. Highly recommend your business and thank Ian especially. Because he made such a good impression we purchased 4 of your 4 can beer, cider and lemonade packs as well as some other items. Will be back soon!!!👍👍👍

Everything about this establishment from the parking, to the hospitality to the fine brews was fantastic. CVB is as clean a place I’ve ever seen with lots of tasting options, merchandise and really good drinks. To top it off, we had an amazing time with Ian who couldn’t have been more welcoming. This is a great place to relax, have a coffee or drink at the bar or a bite and drink outside. Truly a fine establishment that will not disappoint!

We do have food trucks on Thursday through Sunday! We also serve soft drinks and water. EDIT: Hey again Judy! Unfortunately due to our policy, outside beverages are not allowed. Your husband might enjoy our American Lager, Ace of Aces. We have a feeling he’ll really enjoy it.
