Most mobile home you can't rent. When you aply for the park it saids it in the contract.
Del Amo Gardens does allow pets. Their dogs are supposed to be under 30 lbs but not strict on it.
Owners of mobile homes may have the right to accept section 8. If they do then on top of the home rental is the parks space rental fee. I know of 1 case where the park would have agreed to the owner having section 8 if the section 8 had ever come through
NO. This is a Homeowners park that doesn't permit rentals.
