Kyle and John made an appliances delivery today. Both were very professional, friendly, cooperative and careful moving the old stove out and brining the new one in. Rutland Appliances is very lucky to have Kyle and John, as well as, my salesperson Johnathan as the face of their company to customers and the general public. Thank you again for an overall wonderfully positive experience from purchase to delivery.

Purchased a refrigerator ....been a couple years we got the additional warranty with the understanding we would be taking care of if something happened....not the case...going on week number 2 with no fridge or answers on what will happen...but atleast they said sorry........

My wife and I purchased six major appliances from Rutland Appliance in August 2021 from Jonathan! He was awesome and demonstrated wonderful customer service, knowledge and amazing patience with our many questions and concerns with the delivery delays that were out of their control. The team at Rutland Appliance were always understanding and reassuring when ever we called to get an update on our appliances. When our appliances were available and ready for delivery they came in on two separate dates. The deliveries were made by two amazing young men, Ricky and Kyle who were both wonderful and very experienced. Ricky and Kyle were extremely thorough and very careful with removing our old appliances and then installing our new ones. These young men explained how to run each appliance especially any special feature that was included in the appliances. This was after they did a thorough check to be each appliance was operating properly. They did not leave until all questions were answered and we were comfortable with the installations. We highly recommend the Rutland Appliance Team and have recommended them to many of our neighbors and family in need of new appliances. The process of working with Rutland Appliances was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Jonathan in sales was fantastic to work with even doing the whole purchase over the phone, and Kyle and Richie were total pros in how they carefully got everything up a complicated set of stairs without damaging our drywall (or the new appliances) and then got things perfectly mounted and leveled. The experience with Rutland Appliances provided everything that working with a big box store lacks - care for the customer's situation, attention to detail, and pride in their work. I highly recommend them!
