I’ve been to the er probably 8 times in the past few months with chest pains, shortness of breath, pains all over my left side, I called for an appointment like the er doctors say and waited over a month for my first appt with the doc, then the next day wore a holter monitor for 48hrs and called back after to see when my follow up was and there wasn’t one scheduled, so I scheduled it and it was a month out. Now a week before my follow up they call me and tell me that the doctor isn’t actually going to be there on that day so I have to reschedule. And guess how long I have to wait?? Another fckin month. Meanwhile I’ll suffer from chest pains not being able to breathe. It’s only been going on for 4 months already whats another month. This is my first doctor since moving to the area and my first time having an issue and needing to see doctor in over 10 years, not impressed at all, the longest I’ve ever had to wait was a week maybe 2. Not 2 months. Find somewhere else to go. That’s what I’ll do.

I like my physician, some of the nurses are great, otherwise you'll get talked down to and forced to pry answers and solutions from them. My boyfriend has been threatened, hung up on and talked down to in the same ways. To the point where he has paid a membership fee to be seen elsewhere. Some of the receptionists are really great at talking down to you when you want answers, and apparently have access to your medical records which seems problematic to me. Keeping my eye out for an opening elsewhere.

I just visited the facility for a quick check up on something. The front desk was incredibly nice. I went through express care and waited a mere 2 minutes or so. Then I was seen by a man who I believe his name is Matt. Incredibly nice and intelligent. I would trust telling him anything. This is not even my first visit. I believe I have seen this same person throughout my visits and would highly recommend seeing him. You can tell he is very serious about his line of work and has a lot of knowledge to bring to the table with all different kinds of medical scenarios. I cannot thank him enough.
