Not only did JT set me up with a perfectly tuned fat bike, he steered me to the best local trails and sent me off on a great adventure that made my visit special. Rutland High Street

This is the best bike shop i’ve ever been to. First, JT is an awesome person. It’s always lovely going in and chatting with him. Second, he KNOWS bikes. Wealth of knowledge, and will fix up any bike as good as new. I will come here for any and all bike repairs I need. Third, he sold me a wonderful street bike for my Boston work commutes. I know if anything goes wrong/ if I have questions, I can always reach out. When I was shopping around, I let him know what I was looking for and he helped me narrow down the selection. Prices are super reasonable, I anticipated paying a lot more in a stiff bike market! I know he also does bike rentals too- i would definitely rent one from him if i were visiting town. Being new to the Rutland area, I'm super happy to have found Rutland City Bikes. JT tuned up my vintage 1981 Univega 12-speed so it feels just like new. I hadn't ridden the bike for a few years and wasn't sure what to expect. JT is so skilled and attentive to every detail, with work done at a very fair and reasonable cost. I came back a couple of times after doing a test ride, and JT was very gracious in adjusting the handlebars to be most comfortable for me. I give Rutland City Bikes a double thumbs up!
