I love, love, LOVE this place. From when you walk in the door to see the smiling front desk staff, to the immaculately clean facility and the well maintained equipment, it’s a joy to work out here. You are made to feel like family and you can make many friends here, as I have over the years. Pat, the manager, is very responsive to any and all inquiries and will listen to you when you have suggestions or concerns. You can see her out in the gym (not behind a desk like most) or even teaching a great class, on almost and day you are there! I hope to be able to be here for many years to come!

I have been going to Vent Fitness for a few years now. Although I live 30 minutes away, and there is a location closer to me - I am very loyal to the Vent Fitness Niskayuna location. First, there are two instructors in particular that are teachers in real life, and you can tell that they bring their passion for teaching to the gym. They are very caring, know what they're doing, and are fun and full of personality. Second, the facilities are clean. Third, the staff try very hard to keep up with the demands of the gym. I am always greeted with a smile (even at 8am on a Saturday morning!) Lastly, the manager of that location - Patricia "Pat" Washington - is extremely customer service oriented. She works very hard, is very professional and focused, and extremely responsive to customer concerns. When I walk into that location, I feel like I'm in good hands.
