Today is my 6 year anniversary at Waters View! This was supposed to be a temporary move while I figured out where I wanted to live following retirement. Here I am six years later. Love my apartment. Love it’s location and walkability in many directions. Favorite amenities: attached garage, pool, basic wifi/cable. I’ve seen management come and go. The current management office staff - mostly Kathryn - listen to the tenants. Might not always give you what you want but they listen and respond respectfully. Recently learned Kathryn is moving on. I wish the best to Kathryn. Where you land is very lucky to have you. Communication from management has never been more transparent and conversational than with Kathryn’s emails. Big shoes to fill.

Lived here since August 2021 as of writing. Nice apartment and complex. Staff does try to respond to concerns, which is nice. Actual apartment is nice too, but definitely a corporate construction, so if that bothers you there's not much to be done. Also rent can/is on the higher side, no way around that. But for what it is, we feel we get our moneys worth. Plus the location next to the river is nice!

Both Alfred and I (letha cruz) love this community the residents are all so nice! The property is maintained and landscaped beautifully!!! Hate that we need to leave it was a great experience. Prime Companies is an amazing property management group that cares about its residents.' all of the apartments are spacious from the smallest one bedroom to the three bedrooms.

I LOVE living here, I love pretty much everything about my apartment. The garage, having 2.5 bathrooms and most of all the view from my balcony! We’ve only been here since October so we haven’t been able to use the pool yet but I am excited for it to open! The rent is a bit pricey but in my opinion well worth it. The staff works very hard in the winter to clear the snow, I appreciated never having to worry about digging my car out (I kept it in the garage) they even shoveled paths from our front door! Kim gave us our tour and was very friendly and informative. Thanks waters view for giving us a great place to call home!
