We lived at the Harmony Mills for 2 years and really enjoyed the amenities and maintanence free life. We bought a house and moved out but we still miss it. I wished they were selling the units we would have definitely bought one. Carol and other managers were very responsive and maintenance team was quick to fix the problems. We also liked that it was close to Cohoes downtown. Only problem was neighbors noise sometimes but after we moved to the 4 floor it was quite silent. After buying a house i realized how difficult to maintain a house and i appreciated harmony mills services even more. We would like to thank the team since they made our transition to a new life in a new country so easy. My only criticism is that outdoor spaces and insulation of the units can be improved. Still i would recommend the lofts anyone moving near albany it is the best place to live comfortably with no maintenance issues. Thanks a lot.

Lived at harmony mills for over 3 years. Place was horrendously dirty. Windows would not open fully and when they did the bugs were horrific. We had to fully seal our windows with clay to not have thousands of may flies in our apartment. The worst part of living here was the maintenance staff as shown in every other 1 star review. They came weeks late and every time unannounced leaving a huge mess and letting my cat loose every single time. Don’t even get me started on how my entire apartment smelled like cigarettes even after the “cleaning period”. The floors separated horribly leaving huge gaps letting in many mice even though the apartment was spotless and cleaned daily. The staircase within the front of the building was dangerous at best. Parking behind the building (south lofts) in the winter will render your car useless as the ice build up on the steep hill would strand us. My car inside the garage was left dusty and frequently needed washing. On top of this all, the portal had crashed and rendered us unable to pay rent on time. Even though we had lived in the building for over three years with not a single delinquency, we were given no less than 24 hours before we had an aggressive eviction threat. However with this urgency, we did not receive our deposit back until three months after we left. Beautiful view, but the infrastructure, upkeep and maintenance needs a lot of work.
