So this is a store in our own neighborhood, Tuesday afternoon just after 6pm. It should be just like other Starbucks we frequent to get decent coffee on a regular day. Friend and I ordered online our regular drinks. He went in to pick them up and came out shaking his head. Not angry, just shaking his head. He said the guy working in there said to him: "the drink has already been discontinued by Starbucks a couple of years ago, it must only be available from a different country". An Asian American born in New Jersey, my friend said: "We just ordered this online from blocks away and it's our regular go-to drink, and you made it. But I do hope you got what you needed by saying that." It's not surprising that in any given day people with low quality would find opportunity to say things like that to complete strangers. It's one thing to gain that tiny bit of self-esteem they needed in their otherwise pathetic life, it's completely another though to do that at the cost of the associated brand. But I guess you would never know how to vet those kind of people out, right @Starbucks.

Usually pretty good minus parking. But writing this review as I wait 10 mins in line while one worker chats with a customer and the other is on the phone with personal business in no apparent rush to help other customers in line.

This was my first visit to this one. Usually I don’t have a problem when it comes to simple orders. But I was highly disappointed at this location. Mobile ordered 4 hot chocolates to celebrate my daughter winning her soccer game, only for ALL of us wanting to dump our drinks. I don’t care if you’re closing in 30 mins, if I’m paying close to $20 for 4 hot chocolates it should at least taste like a hot chocolate and not boiled watery soy milk…
