We've been going to Vinces for many years and always had a great experience. We decided to order catering for a graduation party and the food and service far exceeded our expectations. Our guests were commenting all night that the food was fantastic. We have a family with a variety of dietary needs. Their menu provides so much variety. We ordered the Mediterranean salmon, chicken piccata, baked ziti, roasted potatoes, chicken fingers and string beans. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and quantity. We weren't clear with them about needing racks and sternos so they didn't deliver them with the food. But we called the restaurant and they were very quick to respond and provide us with what we needed. Would love to see more variety of appetizer options for next year when we cater our next event through them.

I've been ordering from Vince's about three times per month for a few years. Love the food. However, tonight I placed an order for pickup online. When I arrived to pickup, they would not let me use a 5.00 off coupon that they had mailed to …We're so sorry for the inconvenience. We have high standards for customer service, but we clearly didn't live up to them this time. Hope we can make it up to you.

Ordered a chefs salad there was so much water in the salad that the dressing didn’t stick to the lettuce and all the lettuce was yellow and bitter. Wouldn’t recommend a salad here.We do our best to deliver great food, but seriously dropped the ball on your order. Please know we're very sorry, and we hope you give us a second chance.
