I can not say enough good things about the wonderful staff at Caring Hands. I was fostering two kittens who both became very ill and needed immediate care over the July 4 weekend, and even though they were completely booked they fit them in and provided life-saving fluids and medicine. We saw Dr Neumann for a follow up appointment following an ER visit. Before our visit we felt lost, with no real understanding of what possible could be wrong or what direction to take other than another expensive trip to the ER. But that all changed after our visit. Dr Neumann and the team at Caring Hands were so kind, understanding and gentle with our Mozzie. They went over all the testing and screening they would be doing and reviewed pricing up front. Dr Neumann followed up with results and helped us determine that a cardiologist visit was necessary. And assisted us with recommendations to see a cardiologist directly to hopefully avoid the ER again. We traveled from 45 minutes from western Fairfax County to see Dr Neumann and we are so happy we did. We know our cat is doing well because of our visit. I highly recommend Caring Hands Alexandria and Dr Neumann. Thank you Dr Neumann and Caring Hands!!!!

My dog, Tango, and I love Caring Hands! He is always so excited for his vet visit! We recently went to the Alexandria location (we usually visit Glebe but recently moved). Dr. Neumann was great! He is friendly and super knowledgeable and was great with my dog! We will be recommending friends and family to Caring Hands and specifically Dr. Neumann!
