Buyer beware, unfortunately, I bought a new single wide Duck Dynasty Clayton Home’s mobile home. Worst mistake of my life. Such a poorly built house. I've lost so much money. I had to sell the home 3 years later because: Vert Strong odor of chemicals in the home to the point where it burned people's eyes, and the smell stuck to our clothes and reeked. I moved and had to sell all my furniture and most of my stuff that had that smell. I think it was glue and formaldehyde. The company was called to my home 8 times to fix roof leaks, window leaks, defective ceiling, wall and flooring problems, etc. After a couple of years, it needed a new roof. There is only a one-year warranty on the roof by the way!!!. I lost so much money on buying this home and am heartbroken. This purchase was the worst mistake of my life! The customer service people were rude and nasty to me. Please beware and avoid this company unless you want to go through what I did. Clayton homes are VERY LOW QUALITY. This company is a joke. I have many emails saved from them, and tons of pictures from all the defective workmanship and problems. Worst mistake I have ever made in my life. Clayton Homes builds cheap homes that fall apart after they are delivered. Bought a Clayton Home’s brand new 2014 single-wide mobile home. Don't ever buy from Clayton homes so many repairs not done .I have had two roof leaks shingles lifting up no tar paper under shingles just shingles nailed straight to wood.water sits in the valley by front door.ive been saying to them about these issues before the warranty ran out and nothing has been done.Dont waste your money

Clayton homes was a very nice place and Jodi the salesperson that helped us was incredibly knowledgeable. He was friendly, courteous, he listened to what I wanted and answered my questions. It was great to have a salesperson that was not pushy and that was helpful.
