The details provided by the tour were great. The bartender (son) was amazing. They were a great family and nice people. The distillery is well off the beaten path. Be prepared for dirt roads and a residential area. I love that it is family owned and operated and local. The spirits were very very tasty.

Incredible afternoon and evening at this family-owned/operated distillery and tasting room! The hospitality, spirits, and cocktails were beyond premium. Michael is a stellar mixologist and everything was highly entertaining. Mathew gave a fun and informative tour of the facility. A claim was made that, if you stay hydrated, you can't get a hangover from Fish Hawk Whiskey. You might wake-up inebriated, but you won't have a hangover. I can confirm that it's all true. We will be returning when given the next opportunity!

Don't be fooled by its location, this has a nice restaurant style bar in a backyard party setting. You feel comfortable while listening to some great stories and knowledge.

The tour was a wedding gift for my husband and our first stop on our honeymoon. Mathew the owner was very knowledgeable and entertaining. If you visit this place be sure to say 'hi' to Steve. You could see the enjoyment on your faces of the employees when they told us about their favorite whiskey or drink. We've been telling everyone about this place since we left. We're already talking about returning with family and friends.
