I called and checked earlier in the week to make sure the model we wanted to view was there so we didn't waste our time. We live in Hillsborough county and I made this known that this would be the delivery county of the mobile home. Everything was fine when I called but as soon as we got there and mentioned again that it would be delivered to Hillsborough, all of a sudden he wasn't interested in helping us anymore mid tour. Talked about how the price would be crazy expensive and his movers “wouldn't want to drive that far”. All of this after I got an estimate for the home and delivery when I called.

At the beginning of Feb. 2021 I signed a contract with Chris Gonzalez at Uncle Roy's. I started a demolition of my old mobile home and it's now down to the platform and nothing to live in. Yesterday, June 12, 2021 Chris notified me that the price of the home went up from $71,500 to $109,900!!! I guess contracts mean nothing. When I called to have him run the new amount through the bank and find out the payment amount, he hung up on me! Very poor business. If he expects a person to not get upset with the drastic difference in price, he should find a different line of work.

We got lied to more times than we got the truth. We experienced a lot of delays not only from them but from other contractors because of the Corona virus. They lied about having our home when I asked for the VIN number so that I could get them their money, they said something was wrong with it and they sent it back. Come to find out they sold it to someone else and then wanted to charge us an extra $20,000 for our home. They are shady and we now have no home. They said we had 30 days to purchase the home according to our contract but it took them months to build it supposedly because of corona setbacks. They have done nothing but lie to us and try and screw us. Working with them has done nothing but make me wish I had never decided to buy a mobile home. The worst experience of my life.
