My dog like many others is terribly afraid of going to the vet. After a long day of drop-off appointment, I went in to pick him up. It was busy and I had to wait in line for a while so I asked the front desk if they could bring him to me while I wait because I know every second of him being in a cage alone is like torture for him. She said that until I finish paying they won’t bring him out in an annoyed tone. Wth? As if after 10 years I’m going to walk out without paying. I’m sure there are plenty of staff who care deeply about animals but that wasn’t a good example.

I have been taking my pups to Banfield for years. Dr Dolese is an excellent Vet. She is very kind & caring. My boys get excellent care. The staff are courteous & do a good job.

My 10yr old dog has been going to Banfield Sterling since he was 3 months old. He has had standard and complicated issues over the years, and thankfully, has been on the wellness plan the entire time, saving me tens of thousands of dollars. I find their practice to be efficient and the staff to be knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve never felt unheard and always felt they were as invested in my dog’s health and care, as I was. Me and my pup are very pleased.

I've been coming here since my dog was a baby. She had severe anxiety but Veterinarians and the staff here always welcomed her and showered her with love. It's been more than three years and my dog Bailey and I have only positive experiences here. She loves coming here except the part where they take her fecal exam lol. But even that they comfort her and hug her when she's getting shots and all. Our current Vet is Dr. Levi Gardner and he's amazing by handling such care and also very informative. It always feels good to go to a place where you can come and go where they will treat your fur baby with love and care.

Call them. Every Banfield is different
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
