Useless beyond the ATM. Service is atrocious; uncourteous, offensive, and they never call you back. Had an emergency home repair, it was a complete waste of time going in and waiting for a response. I was able to get what I needed from Spirit Credit union within 10 minutes.

No call back from the rep/manager several times. Awful service. They "sold" me a higher end debit card that require an amount of direct deposit for a free box annual at the branch. I ended up getting a bill in the mail for the amount of the box. Called their main customer service lines and had to wait 30 mins each until someone finally answer and was told it's a local branch promotion and not PNC corporate. Called the branch 3 times to speak to the rep and manager, no one was able to take the call and left a message. No one returned my call. Was considering to open a business bank account with PNC due to proximity to an exit. BUT ...because this bad taste in my mouth on personal bank account, i won't be doing any future business with this bank.

Called to inquire about the in-person services available during CORONA. The CSRs at this location need a lesson in cordial communication. "Thank you and have a nice day" is more professional than just hanging up on somebody without any kind of salutation. Incorporate how to use proper manners in your CSR training PNC!...Thank you.
