Working at CITC in the Matsu location: I agree with the statement from the previous review. There is a lot of mismanagement and the leadership doesn't have enough oversight in each department to know what's going on. CARF is coming in the fall so they are putting everyone with documentation errors on Personal Improvement Plans, this was explained to be a supportive measure and not ment to be punitive. If you are on a PIP your approved leave then becomes denied. I was placed on PIP and was bringing up my upcoming PTO. They said it was denied. I asked what would happen if I called out to be the maid of honor in my best friends wedding and they said termination. Matsu management is now targeting me and using intimidation. I contacted HR to request to be transferred. No response. I email the following day to check the status of my transfer request. My email is then deactivated and I’m sitting there not knowing what’s going on with my career. I have to start looking for another job because no one is communicating with me. I was forced to leave a career that I absolutely loved. 💔 Upper management or CITC leadership sometimes cherishes the thought that we can do without much making any changes to personal leadership at all. We become comfortable with the way things operate because we see they are working in company numbers, or participant progress…but what about the people who work for the company? What about employees who are being lost, either through wrongful termination or personal decisions to resign because they have a greater understanding of their self worth and what they have to bring to the table? Do they have to be punished by being forced to look for work ‘elsewhere’ because of unmanageable superiors in leadership roles? The principal isn’t company numbers over people of worth. What your teaching me is that this company values money, and progress over valuable people’s lives. There cannot be any partnership in that. We ought to think back to our values. What tradition tells us, that we all matter, we all are valuable and I am only one person being willing to share my truth and I hope that in my exit interview that my voice is heard.

WORST SERVICE EVER. been having to deal with them for the passed year and they have officially lost paper work more then 3 times. Never return messages and case manage hygiene never answers messages or emails regarding my family's case. They are coached to say the same things, "we never received your messages or email, so you will have to file again if you want help" -5 stars if I could
