Dan Dan Dan, best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Smoothest purchase I’ve ever had. Even picked me up from the airport. Highly recommend asking for Dan when you call or walk in. Jeremy in finance had all of my paper work ready to go when I walked in, I was only inside the dealership for 10 minutes or less. Overall, great experience. Will be buying future trucks from Swickard and asking for Dan!

I made an appointment to have an inspection done because I wanted to purchase an extended warranty through an outside company. When I dropped it off the Tech told me that they had to address a recall on my block heater and I could not pick up my vehicle until the next day. I live 50 miles from the dealership. I had to call my daughter to drive into Anchorage and pick me up. I didn't hear from them until I reached out two days later. When I picked up my truck after having my daughter once again provide me with a ride, the inspection was done and the recall was listed as completed, but it also stated that the block heater and cord were replaced. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the cord was the original cord that was previously on the truck.

An appointment is not considered an appointment to them, they call it “drop off time.” They start on your vehicle when they can get to it. They do not track the progress of their work orders live, enabling extraneous issues to cause backlogs in their day, so you may drop off your car up to a couple days early for no reason. If you don’t wait there and spend more of your time, expect for them to put it on the back burner. They have poor communication too. They didn’t reach out that they’d need it over the weekend, so I had show up to get the details on the vehicle after calling twice for an update, and them failing to deliver the update twice even though they said they would. They don’t do loaners here, so plan on renting if you have extended service. The problem, as explained to me, is that the owning company that also manages their schedule is in Vegas, so they overbook the mechanics in the hopes that they’ll magic more jobs complete. Definitely a management problem. All I see as a customer is poor timeliness of service. HOWEVER, I have to give credit where it’s due, the service I’ve had there seems to be of good quality, it’s the upper management thereof that is the problem.

We had a great experience with buying our truck. Our salesman Dan Starr treated us with respect and gave the best customer service I’ve had when buying a vehicle. He even followed up with us the week after we bought the car to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Everyone we worked with at the dealership was kind and helpful. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new or used vehicle.

They charge 200 per hour so figure part cost then THIER estimated cost how long it may take

They have several maybe even an x rental for sale those would be a good investment they take care of them better than most people would there auto!!!

What you paid originally less 80% of its value. Then deduct any issues or damages it may have and you will be close, perhaps a bit high on the trade value but at least in the ballpark
