I called to ask about pricing for toilets and the person who answered the phone called me a "D*ck" and hung up. I tried calling back and kept being put on hold. Then I finally talked to someone. When I told them what happened the guy said "Oh well there was a rude customer in the store earlier and they thought I was the rude customer... It makes me wonder, was the customer being rude or was it the employees working there?! This has NEVER happened to me! This place has the Worst customer service. I don't recommend going to this location.

Called ahead to ask if an item was in stock (1-1/2” abs coupling) and the person assured me as he just stocked them. Drove 35 miles to get there and find out he stocked 2” items. I understand quality employees are hard to find, but at least take 30 seconds to go put hands on the item so customers don’t have to waste time and fuel.
